Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

We want users to have a clear understanding of purchases made through NEXQBank.

1. Digital Subscription Access

NEXQBank provides digital educational content and question-bank access. Access may become available shortly after a successful purchase.

2. Refund Requests

If you experience a billing problem, duplicate charge, technical problem preventing access, or believe a payment was made incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible through the NEXQBank Contact page.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction and applicable consumer-protection requirements.

Where a payment is processed through Paddle, eligible refunds may be processed through the applicable Paddle payment system.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that a customer is entitled to under applicable law.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel a recurring subscription to prevent future renewal charges.

Unless a refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation normally stops future renewals rather than immediately ending the subscription period already purchased.

The user may continue accessing the service until the end of the paid subscription period, subject to the Terms of Service.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or charged incorrectly, contact us with the email address associated with your NEXQBank account and relevant transaction details so the issue can be investigated.

5. Technical Problems

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing a subscription you purchased, contact us first so we can attempt to restore access.

If we cannot provide the purchased service, an appropriate refund or other remedy may be provided depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

6. Contact

For billing, cancellation, or refund assistance, use the Contact page on the NEXQBank website.
